Your work deserves to be remembered

Performance review 101:Come with receipts

Keep track of your accomplishments and the recognition you receive along the way. Let your achievements speak for you, and use your goals to show off the dedication you bring every day. Your next 1-on-1 becomes a chance to move your career forward instead of something to stress about.

Inside the app

Your work, in one place you can actually find it.

Each entry is a brag: a short, dated record of something you did, like a ticket you closed, a milestone you hit, a talk you gave, or kudos from a colleague. It's evidence, not showing off.

Achievement report

Don't wait until review season to remember your best work.

Work is spread across many places, and memory is selective. A few seconds now saves an afternoon of digging later.

Trying to remember everything later

  • Wins are scattered across tickets, messages, documents and memory.
  • Small wins are easy to forget by the end of the quarter.
  • Writing a self-review from a blank page is stressful.
  • It's hard to show how day-to-day work added up to a bigger goal.

Keeping a useful record as you go

  • Log a win in seconds, while the details are fresh.
  • Find it later by date, text and type.
  • Link your evidence to the goals it moved forward.
  • Export a structured report for your review conversation.

How it works

A record that builds itself, a few seconds at a time.

Capture wins as they happen, connect them to what you're aiming for, and pull them together when you need them.

  1. Step 1: Capture the win

Record a ticket, achievement, milestone, talk or piece of writing, or anything else you did. Add a title, a description, a date or date range, and an optional link.

  2. Step 2: Keep progress connected

Create goals and break them into tasks. Link brags to the tasks they helped complete, so your progress is backed by evidence.

  3. Step 3: Recognize good work

A colleague can send you a Bravo. Once it's delivered, it appears in your log as recognition you didn't have to write yourself.

  4. Step 4: Bring the evidence together

Search and filter your log, then export a report or a data file for the period you need.

Features

Everything you need to keep a useful work record.

Simple to use every day, and organized for the moments that count.

  • Achievement log

Record work as it happens: a title, type, description, optional link, and a date or date range. Browse it as a newest-first timeline.

  • ✦ Premium

    Quick brag

Write a short note and AI drafts the brag's title, type and dates. Open it from the app's Quick brag button or with ⌘K / Ctrl K.

  • Search and filters

Search titles, descriptions and links. Filter by period and brag type to find the evidence you need without reading the whole log.

  • Goals and tasks

Define a goal, break it into tasks, and link brags to them as evidence. See each goal's progress and status at a glance.

  • Achievement reports

Create a polished PDF report, with optional statistics and goals, and an AI summary when eligible.

  • ✦ Premium

    Data exports

Export your brags as CSV, JSON or Markdown, to keep or use however you like.

  • Bravos

Send recognition to a colleague by email. A delivered Bravo appears in their log, and waits for them if they haven't joined yet.

  • Personal profile

Add professional context like your role, company, bio and location, and an avatar if you'd like.

Brags

Small wins, written down while they still happened.

A brag takes seconds to log and stays searchable for good. A line is enough: future you can fill in the story from the receipts.

What goes in a brag

If you want to brag, you have options

  • Achievement

Something you're proud of, big or small.

  • Ticket

A ticket you closed. Link it by URL or key, like PROJ-123.

  • Milestone

A milestone you hit on the way somewhere.

  • Bravo

Kudos from a colleague. You can't write your own, which is the point.

  • Talk / Writing

A talk you gave, or something you wrote.

  • Other

Anything that doesn't fit. Yes, that counts too.

  • Find it

Search titles, descriptions and links, from three characters. 'That thing in March' is now one search away.

  • Narrow it

Filter by brag type and by period: this week, this month, the last three or six months, or dates you choose.

  • Fix it

Edit or delete any brag you wrote. Typos and second thoughts are allowed.

Goals and progress

Make progress visible, one task at a time.

Bragger Log isn't a project-management tool. It connects what you're aiming for with the record of what you actually did.

  • Set a goal with a start and a due date.
  • Break it into tasks: at least two, so the steps are clear.
  • Link one or more brags to a task. A task is done once a brag backs it.
  • Follow each goal as it moves from planned to started, then completed or abandoned.

  • Started
  • Completed
  • Abandoned

Recognition with Bravos

Good work is even better when someone notices.

A Bravo is recognition from a colleague that lands in your log, in their words.

  1. 1A colleague sends a Bravo to your email address: a message, with an optional title and link.
  2. 2If you already have an account, you get an email to say it arrived.
  3. 3The Bravo appears in your log, in its own color, written by them, not you.
  4. 4New to Bragger Log? The Bravo waits, and lands in your log once you activate your account.

Reports and exports

Turn your work log into a report you can use.

Pick a period and export a polished PDF with your name, your role, and every brag with its type and dates. Choose to include statistics by brag type and the goals you worked toward, and on Premium, an AI summary.

AI assistance

✦ Premium feature

Spend less time wording the win.

Write it the way you'd say it. AI helps turn it into a clear entry, and you stay in charge of what's saved.

Quick brag

⌘K / Ctrl K

Turn a short note into a brag. AI drafts the title, type and dates, and your note is kept as the description. You can edit any of it afterwards. Typos are forgiven.

Optimize with AI

Get a cleaner title and description for a brag you're writing: typos fixed, reworded like a resume bullet. Nothing changes until you accept the suggestion. Turns 'did a thing' into something that sounds like a plan.

Report summary

Add a short summary to a PDF report, once the period has at least 10 brags. Even the AI needs something to work with.

Crafted pitch

Using your brags and goals, we craft the perfect pitch so you can effectively convey what you have done, showcase your impact and leadership, and get the recognition you deserve.

You stay in control

AI text is a suggestion, not a fact check. It's designed not to add details you didn't write, but you know what really happened, so give it a read. If it ever promotes you to CEO, treat that as a draft.

Privacy and trust

Your work record should be yours to manage.

Bragger Log is a private log in your own account, not a public profile.

  • Private to your account

Your brags are scoped to your account. Nothing is published; a Bravo from a colleague is the only way someone else adds to your log.

  • Export your own brags

Download your log as a PDF report on any plan, or as CSV, JSON or Markdown on Premium.

  • Edit or delete entries

Change or remove your brags when you need to. Bravos can't be edited, but you can delete them.

  • You manage your profile

Your role, company, bio, location, avatar and settings are yours to change at any time.

  • Delete your account

Delete your account from Settings whenever you choose.

  • Payments through Stripe

When you upgrade, card details go from Stripe's own form in your browser straight to Stripe, never through the Bragger Log API.
